16 SLA Celebrated its 7th Anniversary
2015-01-1616 (RFT) SLA celebrated its 7th Anniversary on 16 January 2015 at present Regimental Headquarters premises in Mullaitivu. Regiment Day Parade was reviewed by the Commanding Officer after accepting the Guard Turnout presented by the Camp Quarter Guard. Mango Sapling was planted to remember the day and All Ranks Lunch was held during the day. Religious observances, All Ranks Get-together, WOs’ & Sgts’ Mess and Officers’ Mess Get-togethers also featured in the celebration programme.
