Artillery Seva Vanitha Members entertain our war heroes at Abhimansala III - Pangolla
2015-10-31Members of the Seva Vanitha Branch Sri Lanka Artillery, headed by Mrs Dhammika Hathurusinghe, the Chairperson, visited the Abhimansala III wellness resort at Pangolla, Kurunegala with a consignment of essentials for our war heroes on Saturday, 31 October 2015
During the visit there was a special oration related to Spiritual Activities by Mr Udara Madhushanka by the invitation of Prasident Seva Vanitha as the main feture of the days’ programme. Members of the Seva Vanitha together with officers and men of 7 SLA offered a delicious lunch and gave away essential items for the benefit of the inmates. Musical programme also was organized for to uplift the morale of inmates.
Major General Mahinda Hathurusinghe, Colonal Commandant of the Regiment of Artillery, Deputy Centre Commandant – SLA and several other officers of the Sri Lanka Artillery along with Mrs Dhammika Hathurusinghe and other members of the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch, joined the event.
