6 SLA celebrates 30th Anniversary.
2015-11-066th Field Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery celebrates its 30th anniversary at RHQ-6 SLA, Panagoda which falls on 1 September 2015. The celebrations commenced by laying floral wreath to Regiment Monument at RHQ-SLA, Panagoda by the Commanding Officer Lt Col DP Welagedara RSP USP psc IG to revere fallen war heroes of the unit. All batteries of 6 SLA accorded the Guard Turnout and Parade to the Commanding Officer followed by planting tree sapling, All Rank Lunch. The days event also textured with the evening All Rank Get-together.
