Bombardier Upul Vijitha Kumara Became the Champion of 51st Army Marathon
2016-04-03Seasoned athlete Bombardier Upul Vijitha Kumara of Sri Lanka Artillery, became the champion of the 51st Sri Lanka Army annual marathon, competing among more than 200 athletes representing all the regiments of the Army organized by Sri Lanka Army Athletic Committee, held at Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte on 3rd April 2016.
Meanwhile, Gnr Shanmugeshwaran K too reached the excellence by securing the forth place at the marathon thus, contributing to drive the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery to win the third place in the event.
