2025-06-26The Gunner Officers hosted a heartfelt farewell dinner on 25 June 2025 to honour two distinguished senior officers, Major General K A U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG and Major General W W M P W W B R Palamakumbura RWP RSP.
The event marked the culmination of their exemplary and dedicated service to the Sri Lanka Army and the Regiment of Artillery. In recognition of their outstanding leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the Regiment and the Nation, both officers were presented with special mementoes. The evening was filled with warm tributes and deep appreciation, reflecting the high regard in which these two senior officers are held within the Gunner fraternity.
