Major General B G S Fernando USP Hdmc psc, after observance of religious rites placed his signature in an official document to symbolize his acceptance of the new office at the Army Headquarters.
Major General B G S Fernando USP Hdmc psc, highly experienced senior officer with a distinguished service record, brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to his new appointment. Prior to this, he held several key command and staff positions across the Army, contributing significantly to operational and administrative excellence.
