Officers Training Day of Sri Lanka Artillery - 1/2020
2020-02-27Officers Training Day of Sri Lanka Artillery was held on 27 February 2020 at the Regimental Centre, Panagoda with the participation of Senior Officers and other Officers. The day's events were commenced with "Yoga" programme and thought provoking presentations as listed below:
Lecture on "War Literature" was conducted by Maj Sujith Chaminda Edirisinghe.
Presentation on "Japanese Air Raid on Ceylon and Air Defence Measures of Ceylon Garrison Artillery" by 8 SLA.
Mr. Sanath de Silva conducted a very informative presentation on "Geopolitics of Nuclear Weapons in South Asia" during the Diners Club at the Officers' Mess, which concluded the Training Day successfully.
