Commander Artillery Brigade paid his First Formal Visit to 9 SLA
2020-03-07The Commander Artillery Brigade Colonel CS Munasinghe WWV RWP RSP USP psc IG, who had been the 9th Commanding Officer of 9th Field Regiment SLA paid his tribute to the Regiment at PUNANI, placed to provide security for Regional Ordnance Stores Complex (ROSC) on 7 March 2020.
Commanding Officer welcomed the Commander Artillery Brigade and day's program commenced with formal briefing paying main concern on to the duties entrusted to them. Officers and troop address by the Brigade Commander followed by inspecting the measures are been practicing to ensure the security of ROSC and facilities available to keep men comfortable.
Visit to ROSC and tree planting concluded the program followed by late lunch. Before departure he penned his thoughts in visitors' book appreciating commanding officer and his staff for the commendable task performs by them.
