2020-08-05Lt Col L N U Liyanaarachchi IG SLA assumed Office as the 12 Commanding Officer of 10 Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery on 05 August 2020 at Headquarters 10 Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery, Vasavilan.
Programme for assuming duties commenced with reviewing the Guard Turnout. As a symbolic gesture of taking over the command, Lt Col L N U Liyanaarachchi IG SLA placed his signature for a formal document after a brief religious observance. The itinerary has included with planting of a mango sapling and tea party at Officers' mess.
