ASSUMING DUTIES AS THE COMMANDANT SCHOOL OF ARTILLERY
2021-07-09Col KADNR Kannangara RSP IG assumed duties as the 29th Commandant of the School of Artillery on 08th July 2021 at Headquarters School of Artillery, Minneriya. Programme for assuming duties inaugurated with reviewing the guard turnout. As emblematic gesture of taking over the Commandant Col KADNR Kannangara RSP IG placed his signature for a formal document after brief religious observance. The day's event itinerary included planting of a Mango sapling, troop address and all rank tea at the NCOs club. Event has been organized by strictly adhering to all precautionary measures to prevent COVID - 19 pandemic.
