Programme for assuming duties commenced with reviewing the Guard turnout. Lt Col P G T U B Jayaratne RSP USP psc IG SLA placed his signature on a formal document after a brief religious observance as a symbolic gesture of taking over the command. The day’s event included planting a sapling, troop address and camp visit.
