Three Senior Gunners Concluded "Ride with Pride" Cycle ride at Point Pedro
2023-09-05The "Ride with Pride" friendship cycle ride which was started on 29th August 2023 from Point Dondara ended up the journey 03rd September 2023 at Point Pedro, Jaffna.
Major General Sumith Balasooriya (Rtd), Major General Sumith Premalal (Rtd) and Colonel Pradeep Perera (Rtd) senior gunners took part in this historical event. The ride cycled over 582 Km and it is the first ever instance that retired Army Senior Officers took part such an event.
The Members of Army Cycling Association as well as Senior Officers, Officers and troops joined in various destinations to encourage the participants.
