ARTILLERY SEVA VANITHA BRANCH VISIT TO HALFWAY HOME MULLERIYAWA, ON MENTAL HEALTH
2024-02-13On 12 February 2024, in accordance with the Seva Vanitha Event Almanac, the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch organized their annual visit to the National Institute for Mental Health's Halfway Home in Mulleriyawa. The President of the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo, along with other members, had the privilege of making this valuable visit. The purpose of the visit was to check on their well-being and share their feelings. The event started with an entertainment session and was enlivened by the Artillery Calypso group. The session was also complemented by a delicious lunch for 35 inmates and concluded the day’s event with cordial interaction with them. The Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch members also had a fruitful discussion with the Staff for drawbacks and improvements.
