Gunners Honour Ajantha Mendis
2014-04-21The Regiment of Artillery felicitated Lt Ajantha Mendis SLA who was a member of the Sri Lanka Team which won the ICC T20 World Cup 2014. The felicitation ceremony was held at the Officers Mess Panagoda on 21 April 2014 in the presence of Maj Gen JC Rambukpotha RSP USP ndc psc IG, Colonel Commandant of the Regiment of Artillery. Lt Ajantha Mendis was accompanied by his loving wife Mrs Yoshini Mendis . The Colonel Commandant presented a memento to Lt Ajantha Mendis in appreciation of his achievement and for bringing glory to the Regiment.
