Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch Routine Visit to Abhimansala II
2015-02-12According to the instructions given by the Army Seva Vanitha Unit, Seva Vanitha Artillery Branch with its president Mrs Pramila Perera and members made their routine visit to Abhimansala II, the wellness resort to care for disabled military personal situated at a Kamburupitiya on 12 February 2015.
One of the inmates offered a sheaf of betel to the visiting Mrs Perera welcomed her before she was taken round the wards in the wellness resort. During the ward visit each inmate was presented a gift which included bath towel, aftershave bottle, shampoo and conditioner. It was a great, memorable and touching occasion for inmates and members of Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch.
A special lunch and entertainment session was arranged with the help of Artillery Oriental and the president and all members of Artillery Seva Vanitha spent a few hours with them before they left the place.
